So the first one is from Candice, and she says, "What do you do when you've lost your north star or you are feeling like you aren't sure what your purpose is, purpose is? How do you get back on track?" Brilliant question.

There have definitely been times in my own journey where I feel like I've lost my why, I've lost my motivation, I've lost the bigger reason of why I'm doing what I do.

And I think sometimes we can just get so bogged down in the day-to-day and so bogged down in the doing that we do sometimes lose that connection.

Number one, in my morning routine, I connect to my clients and my audience every single day, and that actually keeps me on track.

When there are times when I am in a really busy season, like at the moment, it is a really fucking busy season.

There's so much going on behind the scenes with the book, with the event, with the new CRM sales system, with the accountant, with just so many...

Like, there's so much going on behind the scenes that sometimes I can just get bogged down in a to-do list, and I'm like, "I've just got to get everything done on this to-do list." I barely go on Instagram.

Literally, it's a head down, get shit done, head down, hair up, get shit done kind of day [laughs].

Now, when you're in that season, that's often when it's quite easy to lose that connection.

I also then do a zoom out exercise, and I say to myself, "In a year from now or two years or three years or five years, whatever it is, how do I want to be living? Do I want to be stressing about money? Do I want to be hustling? Do I want to be working seven days a week? Do I want to be doing X, Y, and Z? Do I want to be doing all the tech things that I'm doing? Do I want to be manually doing things?" And a lot of the time the answer is no.

That is often such a shining light of what you actually do desire because it's so easy, again, for us to just get bogged down in what we feel we should do.

Number two is doing the zoom out and just saying, "Well, who do I want to be in a year from now? How would I be living? If I already had everything that I desired, if I was making the money I wanted to, if I had the brand I wanted to, if I was positioned as the go-to in my industry, how would I be living? How would I be showing up? What would I be doing? What would I be saying yes to? What would I be saying no to? What boundaries would I have in place? What team members? What level of support would I have? Would I have a coach or a mentor?" Like, what would that specifically look like? And then when you actually get clear on that, that can almost remind you of the actions, the habits, the mindset, and the consistency that you need to have today that is really going to help you become that person.

The next thing, and I love to do this in a number of ways, in terms of almost reconnecting without consciously thinking about it.

I will close my eyes and just gaze up at the sun and just feel the sun on my face, and I would just then ask myself a question and I might say, "Is this what I want to do or is this what I want to do? Should I do X or should I do Y? Is this what I really, really want to do? What is the thing that I really, really want to do?" And when your eyes are closed, your vision is closed off.
