Number one, this is a big one for me, especially in this time that I've had away.

This deep desire for people, people who know me, people who are in my life, my interpersonal relationships to really get me, to really understand me, to really be able to lean back and say, I see you.

But what I realized is that I was placing their understanding on a pedestal as some type of reassurance of the nature of our relationship.

But I'm realizing that it's not my place or position to understand where they belong in that whole pie.

But it's also not my responsibility to... over communicate and to continuously explain myself in an attempt to feel very safe and peaceful inside of these dynamics because I had a deep desire and almost thirst if we being real for people to really understand who I am and to know who I am for some reason it would make me feel more settled because I feel so misunderstood I feel deeply sometimes I just feel like I don't belong and even like take it a little bit deeper like here on earth and i'm not saying in a crazy way okay we love our life we want to live it that's not what i'm saying god i want to be 89 at minimum 89 okay so i don't mean in a you know self-harm kind of way but i do sometimes feel so out of this world with the way that i think the things that are deep to me the way that i feel the way that i process i process life on just a little bit of a deeper level.

And sometimes when you are in spaces where everybody else kind of just exists at the surface, it's hard to relate.

And so it has you feeling like, well, why am I even here? Why am I in it? God, why you put me in this? And that was really hard for me.

And I think it affected some of my friendships and interpersonal relationships because I felt like if you didn't get me, then how can you support me? How can you see me? How can you be there for me? And I'm realizing I have to separate the two.

Just because you don't fully understand me, it doesn't mean that you don't get parts of me.

And maybe those parts that you do get is the space and the access that you get to hold in my life.

Realizing that everybody is not going to be a part of every single piece of your journey.
