And about two weeks before, people were saying, come on, it's your first book, you've got to.
So I set up a little book launch in a loveliest little bookshop near where I live in the North West.

like the women they traveled four hours five hours to come to this like two hour event
um and the emotion in that room like the amount everybody was sharing their stories there was tears there was hugging you know it was so my husband came with me um yeah i think he was just totally like oh my gosh what the hell I don't think until that moment he actually understood what I was writing about and the issues I was seeing on repeat in practice and the messages I was getting.
And I did another one actually two weeks after that and he said, you don't want me to come with you, do you? I said, no, it's mine.

mean, none of that surprises me because in kind of parallel to that, certainly in my training, We weren't taught about hormones and how that relates to dysregulation, changes in mental health.

You know, this was something we discovered through our own menopause, our own deep dive once we realized our neurodivergence as well.

I struggle to find stuff about the relationship of hormones and our sensory systems and our mental health.
