Um, I don't think there's been a huge amount of change, but, um, it's always a really good time just to look at the property, see what you do have in place, what potentially you can get in place to maximize your deductions.

Um, do you have one? Do you understand them yet? Are you still putting your head in the sand, and they're all a little bit too hard? They're not hard, so, um, have a look at a depreciation schedule, especially if you've got a new or near new property.

There's some things there, if for whatever reason you've got a really large abnormal year this year, you've sold a property, you've made money somewhere else, then, um, [lips smack] you know, you might want to consider pre-paying some interest.

Yeah, so generally when I see it, it's in relation to having what I would call lumpy income.
