So we have a ton of different backgrounds of folks who are on the research committee, but it is people who are really interested in research and nerds who are interested in digging in and not only reading the plays, but finding those plays.

So we meet our brilliant coordinator, Natalie, gathers everyone and make sure that we have tasks that we're doing for every month.

And if you have problems like a script you can't find, or you are not physically in proximity to an archive that you would like to see, the group can help you out with that or say, hey, I happen to be visiting Paris and I can check this archive for you.

And in the meantime, everyone sort of works independently, visiting archives, Googling things, adding things to lists.

It's very independently driven, which is great because all of us are freelancers and our schedules flex and decrease with that schedule.

But it's basically everyone doing their own research on things that they're particularly interested in.

There are indeed lots of things, and I have tried a bunch of different things.

There are plays that are not candidates for the list, but are of interest to ETC because they may be about or speak to or are adaptations of plays that are on the list or might potentially be on the list.

But it turns out that because, you know, in my daily life, I'm doing a lot of talking and interacting with people and things like that, that the best thing for me in this project is just being able to be quiet at home and totally nerd out and Google like crazy.

And yeah, it's cool that there is an option for both introverts and extroverts in this project.
