This was discussed in, I think it was a review paper or a narrative review, something like that, but the researchers didn't actually run any studies to kind of Not necessarily validate that claim, because they based that cyclical, saying it was cyclical, on the history of what people with endo have said.

But it wasn't like a study, like, oh, they did a study, and they measured that people's endo belly was worse in the luteal phase, etc., I my experience, I do not see this to be the case, at least in my work.

Most of my clients have endo-beddy daily, and for some it worsens in the luteal phase, but it's present most of the time.

Now, last night in our mass class, I actually asked the group if they have cyclical endobelly, or if it happens all of the time.

Now, everyone is different, of course, and for you, the endobelly may show up only in your luteal phase, but for a number of us, it is a regular occurrence.

Now, having said that, there is valid science behind why your endobelly or IBS issues may worsen in the luteal phase, and today I want to talk about three of these key issues.
