Thank you so much, Lauren, for invitation to join, uh, the podcast and become a guest.

And it's, as you mentioned, it was such a pleasure of me to be working last year with you and how situations can change and how life can put us in completely different paths and continue bring some peoples, uh, back into your life.

And I'm so happy that we are able to do this today, and to explore more and share my own story, and be a guiding light to earlier generations of us alongside, because there are so many things that I wish I would hear someone saying and kind of giving that freedom, giving that permission to explore what life can be.
Mm.

And regarding my business, it's been a completely interesting journey that have put me in places that I never thought I will be, ever, because that's not something that I've kind of considered myself doing in my life.

It's just one step forward, listening to my intuition, led to another step, another step, and that's where I am right now, where I have, uh, a coaching business that is expanding in using the modalities that I have used for myself in my own healing journey, and bringing that freedom, bringing that expression into other women's lives, and working through all of the little and the big things that are in the way of us experiencing that freedom and expressing and enjoying life how our soul actually wants it to experience.
Absolutely.
You said some great nuggets there, Polina.
You know, that you didn't expect your business to bring you to the experiences that you've, you've had.
And one thing I heard you say there, and as you mentioned, really grateful to have worked together, Polina, and to watch your journey, uh, be one piece of the puzzle there at varying times throughout my journey and yours.
But one piece you said there around how coaching can be an opportunity for us to deepen our own awareness, deepen our own healing, as you say, and coaches need coaches.
[laughs] So-
...
I'm very grateful to bring your message today to who needs to hear it on the pursuit [laughs] of that scale, I suppose.
And before we go any further, Polina, when you think of that 17 or 18 or that younger version of Polina who maybe didn't have the permission that you mentioned, the freedom, as the word you used there, what was life like for her compared to where you are now? What were her dreams? What is it that the modalities of coaching has changed for you [laughs] compared to that dream that 17-year-old Polina would have had once?
