I think there was, I don't remember who exactly it was saying like, I had one glass of wine and it ruined my life for three days.
Or I went out and my sleep score was all messed up.
And it's all that stuff.
It's like life is about balance and having fun and play is so important.
so important for you as a person and it will actually do so much more good for you than it will do harm.
And the stressing about it is the thing that's making it worse.
And this is coming from someone that's like, I have a self-development brand, right? Like I talk all day long about how to improve yourself, how to optimize yourself.
I also, I have an online fitness studio.
I go to the gym every single day.
I also am a co-founder of a wellness project that's opening that's all about optimization, data, Recovery, like all of the different things.
Right.
But the beautiful thing.

Like like balance is so important.
And I feel like I've really started to.
find what that looks like for me because I think I felt like I used to have so much shame around going out or being like oh I'm not someone that does that or like I don't really drink that much and I used to take pride in that and well look if you if you don't want to drink that's also perfectly fine like I'm not sitting here and saying everybody should drink alcohol right like do what's best for you right but I also want to invite the conversation that you shouldn't feel bad if you do choose to have it in an era where other there's a wave of people not having it or people saying that it's bad and it's horrible and even within like the spiritual space, people will go as deep as to say like, when you are drinking, it like opens you up to like evil spirits or like it opens you up to bad vibes.
It's like, it's not, it really isn't that deep.
And it's like, yes, there's the awareness of knowing like what these things do to you.
Right.
And you don't want to overdo certain things, but it's the same where like, you also don't want to run too much.
You don't want to have too much of this.
You don't want to eat too many cookies.
