Huh? Oh, uh, yes.
[laughs] So did I, on my way back to school.
I can tell you missed your train.
Oh? How?
The way you came in here.
Most guys come into a saloon with their tongues hanging out.
You know, thirsty like puppy dogs heading for their water bowl.
[smacks lips] Oh, no?
They've been thinking about a martini or a double on the rocks for the last hour.
Bang, now the business day is over and here they are, straight for the bar.
Ho, ho, ho.
You're very observant.
But you didn't come in that way.
You looked around, sort of lost, and finally you came over here.
I thought it was pickupsville.
But you didn't even look at me.
Believe me, I've never considered the idea.
I know, I know.
Then the bartender came over and you couldn't make up your mind.
My wife and I don't drink much.
We're not teetotalers or anything, but, uh, we never developed much of a taste for it.
Now understand we don't disapprove or anything.
In fact, we have very close friends who, uh-
