Mann Act

It was pretty funny.

And for those who aren't familiar, Jack Skopp is the former pastor of the church that Sadie grew up in that went to, he went to prison for violating the Mann Act when he sexually abused a 16, 17 year old student at the Bible, at the student at the high school that was associated with his church.

That was about.

Right.

Then he ends up at the United States Penitentiary at McNeil Island in Washington State.

He's sentenced to 10 years in 1960 for forging a federal treasury check and violating the Mann Act.

He served seven years here, famously begging prison officials to let him stay because he felt unfit for the outside world.

I wish they'd fucking listen to him.

There are about six and a half million farmers in the United States.

Keep in mind the fact that at least six millions of them are forced to live in unmitigated monogamy, with wives whose dominant yearning is to save the heathen hordes in India from hellfire, and you'll begin to get some grasp of the motives behind such statutes as the celebrated MAN Act.

So I generally have a good feeling on terms of what would happen in a case.

They only charged him, but they're charging him with a RICO.

It was just an unusual case, and I knew at closings that it was completely over.

But the, even the day before the, the verdict came in, I, I, I thought it was gonna be the Mann Act.

This is a tough one.

Meanwhile, if you get busted with a little bit of pot or God forbid some cocaine, well, get ready for a shit show.

But if you're a human trafficker, you don't even get hit with RICO or the Mann Act or anything like that.

But your life is so terrible.

You're being treated so unfairly, Ghislaine Maxwell.

I mean, wow, really? Not to rehash the past, but think about what she is being charged with here.

And think about how much more she should be charged with.

While all of this is good, and it's a good thing, where's the Mann Act? Where's Rico? R.

Kelly gets that? Keith Ranieri gets that, but not Ghislaine Maxwell? Ask yourselves why, folks.
