Number one, we don't value what we don't pay for, and it is a really interesting and sad realization that most people don't actually want to admit.

So let's say you wanna do fitness coaching, and I, I say, "Hey, I've got my mentorship.

Would you do the work?" You'll go, "Oh, 100%." I'll go, "Eh, but most people don't, though.

Like, would you do it?" You go, "Yeah, I will," and then I give it to you for free.

Even though you had the best intentions of doing the work, for whatever reason, just statistically, you wouldn't use it to its maximum capabilities.

So when it gets really difficult, and you, you wanna, like, get some help, you're probably not gonna ask, or you're gonna doubt the service or something, because there's nothing on the line.

So if you're wanting to do fitness coaching, and you think, "Okay, let me just get my mates.

I'll use their testimonials, then I'll get more people in," it doesn't work like that.

'Cause what really happens in the real world is that you start coaching your mates.

Yeah, I could, but, uh..." Then they don't, they don't follow it for a day or two, then they lose momentum.

Then you go to check in with them, and they're like, "Oh, yeah, I should, I should." And then they're doing it for you, not really for them anymore.
