If you're not rich and you love fitness then do this

best investment you can make is in yourself.

And when I say that, I mean your own knowledge, because you now have the ability to learn from anyone you basically want, right? So like, if you want to be a fitness coach, find someone who's done that, who you like and who you trust and pay them, join their program and do it.

And it's going to be uncomfortable.

It's going to be shit to make that decision because it's scary and you've likely never done that before.

but it is going to save you all the time in the money in the world if you apply yourself and do it, right? Now, hopefully that person's me.

Let's cut the shit.

Ideally, I'd love that.

That's my business.

It's my passion is helping you guys.

That's why I do this.

But there are people out there who don't want to go with me and they'll go with a lot of other guys.

There's a heap of good ones.

James Smith is a great marketer.

Brian Mark is doing heaps in the US.

He knows his shit as well.

There's a lot.

Phil Graham's a great one in the UK.

There are heaps of mentors that know their shit and do a lot of good work.

I am literally just trying to do the very best that I can.

I'm going to show you guys what we do.

But find someone who you resonate with, that you believe that you can do it, and just do the work.

Don't overanalyze and do a million different interviews.

Just get in and apply yourself and make a promise and do the work.

Because if you can learn from people who have done this, and you can just... be humble, leave your ego at the door and go, let me just be open-minded and just you teach me, you will do very, very well.

And you won't even know the mistakes that you avoided, right? So like even that example of me running ads, if I could have avoided that, I wouldn't have even known it would have existed.
