They love to see transformations because in our minds, we think, cool, I can do that as well.

Now, social proof itself is encompassing a lot more than just testimonials and transformations because a lot of people say, well, I don't have any transformations at all.

so how can i possibly use social proof and that's what we're gonna i'm gonna give you guys today so by the end of this video you will have so much ammo to use social proof for that you will look like the most credible experienced person in the room and you're gonna influence a lot more people so basically the elements of social proof we have are before and afters and you can get those because you just ask people if they haven't you literally just go hey mate you know those naked photos you sent me as a check-in can i post it up and show your face and most likely they're gonna go Please don't.

So I would always recommend blurring people's faces out and put it in your contract that you can use that before and afters for marketing, unless they kind of, you know, obviously tell you not to.

If you ask someone to share it, it's the best practice, right? If you can always ask.

but you might be a very early stage coach in which case you don't have any before and afters but i'm guessing you've got your own so your own social proof your own before and after is good enough especially if you have nothing use your own because i'm sure you've made a transformation in the past use it talk about it don't just post it once talk about it in a video and have overlays this is where we are starting to think about the same message but reformatted in different ways and that's why this will be a bit of a theme for today because we don't just have one thing you have one thing one message like one before and after and we're gonna split it in different formats so you can milk it as much as possible aside from that let's actually redefine social proof for a second because i don't want to just talk about transformations because that's half of it that's part of it yes they're very compelling because visually they're compelling but so is a lot of other stuff now the actual definition of social proof psychological social phenomenon where people copy the actions or behaviors of others to guide their own decisions That's it.
