Ep 114: How (And Why) To Host a Virtual Summit with Cara Ray & Tara Borgonah

Yeah.

It sounds like it was a lot of, a lot of events that kinda led you to that.

So can you define a virtual summit for those who may or may not, like they might have an idea of what that means, but how, what is that to you?

Sure.

Oh, absolutely.

So think of, you know, the virtual world.

It is the online world.

It is anything that is basically, I guess, through the internet, anything that you're gonna find in a virtual realm or an online or digital realm.

And so the virtual summit is just that.

It is something that is piped through, if you will, the, uh, coaxial cable or the fiber optic cables into the virtual world, where we are actually right now.

And even though w- there's the physical realm obviously where we all exist, yet we can actually communicate and get together in this virtual world, and that is exactly what a virtual summit is.

And it brings together all those people from various, you know, backgrounds.

I mean, it, it, summit obviously doesn't just have to be, you know, Christian based or faith based.

It can be, it covers anything.

I've seen summits in, in business and, and all kinds of things.

So it's just, it's such a great, uh, medium really to grow just in your connections with people and get to know people outside of your, outside of your, you know, your just your general neighborhood or something like that.

So I just, I love 'em.

I think it's a great way to- Uh, just grow, again, your community, grow any kind of ministry or, or business that you might have.

So it's basically like an online conference, right?

Oh, that's right.

It like, it, it would be like going to a conference and having all these different breakouts.

Mm-hmm.

And instead of walking into a physical room, you're clicking into a room.

Exactly.

And there's us- there's a teacher there, and she's presenting some, some topic of information, and you get to, to meet her, participate, um, meet other people, all of those things.
