Expanding our Edges: Welcoming the next baby in, Signs and Spirituality, and Potty Training

So yeah, he was like in a place where he'd been pushing really hard with work and needed to restore.

I've been pushing really hard with my own projects and with Raya and And also we just wanted a moment to open ourselves to, yeah, to the, our next baby joining us.

And, um, Just like talk through some of those things, you know, and logistics.

And it's so, it's so crazy.

I don't know if you've been in a place like this.

Yeah, you have for sure.

Where like your body's ready and like you as a woman, as a mother are ready.

But then like logistically, you're like, no, it's a no, right? And right now we're in a place where...

I could still come up with reasons why logistically we're not ready.

And also we're just choosing to surrender and trust into the bodily knowing.

And so, yeah, we, this morning, yeah, just talking to Rhea, like, I'm like, we're going to go down to the pond and we're going to put an offering of a stone into the pond and we're just going to let the next baby know that we're ready to welcome them in and Ray's like yeah and the baby's gonna come be in mommy's tummy in mommy's tummy I was mommy's tummy but I'm not a baby anymore and she just like looks off like thoughtfully and I'm like my eyes just watered and I was like she's not a baby like she's not a baby anymore like this and we talked about it last

time but it's like

yeah just the idea of another baby like So that's my update.

Wow.

That was an update.

I didn't even think about that when you guys were going up for this trip.

And so once you started shifting right now when you were telling it, I was like, chills immediately.

But that's so special.

Like it's so special when you go away and you're in this, this like little sanctuary up in the mountains and you just have the space to connect with yourself and your family in that way and intentionally like signal to a new soul that you're ready wow it's just it's really cool and really powerful and I'm just so happy that you are getting the opportunity to do that and also like Rhea is just she's just blows my mind she's so incredibly smart With her understanding, like seriously, like she's just so it's always cool to see like what hear through you, like what she's saying and obviously witness her.

But I think she, you know, there's more happenings when she's with you.

So I think it's so cool that she's involved in this process as well, too.

Like, so cool.
