And I think one of the questions talking about books is what book do you keep on going back to? Not something that you're reading right now, but one book that I know there definitely should be many.

But which one is that one book where, you know, you keep on going back to or even the lessons from there you see and reflect on on a regular basis?

I'd say, and I'm sure the people at Prescient would be so tired of hearing about it.

There's two favorite books.

The one is called Netflix No Rules Rules.

I don't know if you've heard of that.

I saw one of your interviews.

I was like, okay, I put it down.

It's in

my

cart.

That's always a book I go back to just because, again, it speaks to people who are driven just to be their best.

They don't need rules to thrive.

To do.

To do.

So I love that book.

And then another book, which is also something people in present will know I like, is a book called Failing Forward by John Maxwell.

So to achieve good things and to be innovative, you have to fail.

There's no real point in sailing through life and everything is cushy.

I don't call that progress.

So to embrace failure as part of growth is a big thing for me.

Because if you don't have that, you're never

really going to stretch yourself.
