He is a owner-operator of an executive search firm focused on identifying top talent in warehousing and transportation, FPC Riverwood.

But he also has an ops background himself, which is very interesting, very unique amongst recruiters.

And he has a little bit of a military background.

He's a West Point grad.

I'm an Air Force Academy grad, so we share some of those similarities.

So I thought it would be a cool event to bring him on to talk about Both sides of the fence, both what it's like from the op side and now what he's seeing on the talent acquisition side.
