Let's talk a little bit about, you know, you mentioned, you know, growing up and getting the opportunity to lead in youth group.

And I mean, yeah, obviously like Corey Asbury and John Egan, not bad worship leaders to kind of come under their wing and, you know, cut your teeth on, but like, what is it about that environment that, you know, just encourage our listeners, like, like the mentorship, the discipleship aspect of finding people that have the potential and really just mining out the gold, because obviously like that, that did something in you that still continues to this day.

What would you say to people that are like in that role where it's like, man, don't give up, like find, find the gold and just pour, pour into people.

And so it's, I don't know what they saw in me at such a young age, you know, but they saw something and they at least thought that I loved it.

And, and so, I think too, now that I'm in the stage where I'm like, oh, I see people coming behind me and I'm like, let's do this together.

I think we can think like, oh, I have to like give them this like 10 step awesome, like, you know, walk to do and like all these like nuggets of gold and, and we don't have to do that.

I think back to these people who really discipled me, like they just invited me along for whatever they were already doing.

And I think that's the powerful thing that we can actually more easily step into.

It's like, you know, they would just be doing a writing camp and they would say, do you want to come write? You know, they would just invite me to what they were already doing or leading worship.

Do you want to come and sing BGBs? Like, do you want to come watch this thing? Like, do you want to come sit on this, sit in on this meeting? Like it was stuff they were already doing, but the invite meant so much to me.

I mean, and it's as simple as that, right? I mean, there's like seasons where I've had like different worship proteges and it's like, you do, you're right.

You're like, you're thinking of like, man, I just want to impart all of this gold into them and you build this pressure.

But really it's just like, Hey, I'm going down to the gas station to grab a drink from sheets.
