Katie Bulmer-CookeHostI like the infographic because I thought it gave out a really realistic and easy-to-digest... representation of what is realistically achievable and what well they call them trade-offs what the trade-offs are in this social media world that we live in it's so easy like you said you see all these people and they're looking amazing and like good on them like they look fantastic but Sometimes we lose sight of what is actually needed to achieve those things.
And then if we're not achieving those things, we're thinking, oh, why don't I look like that? And am I just not as good as that person? There's a lot of self-comparison visually, but it's important to look behind the visuals and behind the aesthetics and see what's actually required.
to get in that sort of shape and i thought these infographics broke it down brilliantly so one of them was saying um was showing a picture of somebody who had very very um like was very ripped amazing muscle definition but they were saying that to get in that shape this infographic says it takes extreme effort not just a little bit of effort every now and again not just being a little bit of an all-rounder.

What is that infographic saying I would need to sort of trade off, the trade-off for that?
Actually, I was speaking to somebody I know who did a bodybuilding show competition.
