But you're right, that built into everyday life feedback and you get feedback from your clients.
I can see my clients engaged or I can see they're getting uncomfortable and I immediately know
saying something wrong or they don't understand me or they're not happy with what I'm saying.

If that's a useful information for me, and if they follow that with some, you know, things I can change, adjust, and that is going to change how our relationship works, I really, really invite it.

But I had many situations where I felt... that someone wasn't a big fan and that's also feedback and maybe they just they send that feedback to me on purpose or not but we need to be aware of it so we can control it a bit better because feedback needs to bring growth Without growth, we cannot achieve anything without information.

And feedback is a beautiful tool that we always love in the human savvy world.

It's a little bit like a stinky, horrible tool that is very painful as you do it.
I do think when it comes to your line of work, emotional intelligence, I think often about parenting as such a good example of a relationship that you care about.
But I give my kids feedback all the freaking time and they don't always like it.
