But the thing we were just speaking about was just basically how with these tools, which is what they are, they're just new tools that we have access to, they can make the journey easier, but part of the journey can be what is the benefit.

So like With AI, for example, we used to have to go and seek out information.

So you go to the library, it's like there's that active effort of learning something and integrating it, which now obviously you can get that information to your fingertips.

But I don't know if you've noticed this as well, like I find that if I get the information given to me very easily, right? So, for example, I might ask AI to, you know, find me some research around something.

But then I don't recall the information as well as if I had have actually gone and read those studies and found the information myself.

So I think it's the same thing with and obviously just the whole learning process, right, with AI that it's taking that away.

So obviously, there's all different types of peptides and have different functions.

So things like Ozempic, which is semaglutide, Manjaro, which is tezepatide, and now we've got Redetrutide as well.

They have a lot of other health effects too, but One of the big things I think that's important to think about when you're considering utilizing these tools is like the character development that comes with losing weight and achieving that goal.

So I'm not saying don't utilize them, but also we've got to remember that some struggle, some effort actually is important, especially if you want to maintain the results that you achieve with these drugs or peptides, whatever you want to call them.

medications, like one of the big problems is that people utilize and get amazing results, but then aren't able to maintain those results once they stop utilizing the medication.

So that's because you obviously need to have an understanding, you need to become educated, you need to implement these things, you need to develop the habits and become the person who can obviously be of a healthy weight in that instance.

It's just obviously to not just take the easy road with everything and also weigh up like, you know, if whether or not you're going to become, you know, you develop the skills, I guess, that you need to, to get the most out of it.

That is a good thing for a lot of people, but it's also like the ability to do hard things, to overcome struggle, to persist, to have dedication, these kinds of things, which that applies to everything in life.

It's, you know, it's the person you become that will influence everything else going through hard things and not just looking for the easy way out.
