So here we go back to space again, right? Mechanical rooms are for sure becoming a lot more crowded lately, right? You've got heat pumps, condensing boilers, water heating systems, controls.

I'm sure you guys have a lot more, but that's all I know of right off the top of my head.

So are you seeing any like common design mistakes? And how do you think engineers can avoid those mistakes early in the design process?

And to go in and design around one manufacturer, two manufacturers may be great, but when it gets actually out of the field and the equipment gets purchased, now all of a sudden, The equipment that's purchased may not meet, may not fit properly within that mechanical room.

And then the contractor and the engineers are trying to scramble to get everything to fit in there nice and neatly while still maintaining operational space and maintenance space.
