Yeah, I mean, as Richard pointed out, it used, you know, the old standard used to be, you know, big mechanical rooms being able to house all the equipment, the, you know, plenty of room for maintenance and also look for what was going to be in their future.

Mike TamaniGUEST
You know, as things have developed specifically in the last 20 years with the more of being able to model the air handling units to be able to make them smaller and along with the technologies that with the construction of those units has also reduced the size of the equipment.

Mike TamaniGUEST
which is not necessarily kept up with the size of the mechanical rooms that the architects want to give us.

Mike TamaniGUEST
But just due to the technology, the equipment and the modeling ability or the computer modeling ability out there, equipment has gotten smaller and it's made it where the units aren't necessarily as much as off the shelf.

Mike TamaniGUEST
It's like, okay, well, what do you need? And we can kind of within certain reason go in there and modify these units.
