So obviously, and if anyone tells you they can measure cortisol, that's not true.

But what we do measure at Welltree is a specific process that happens inside of your arteries.

And basically what it's doing is it's putting pressure on your arteries And that process is like what wears your body out over time, both like by the time the evening rolls around and 10 years down the line as well.

You can't explain all of the science behind this in a little ad, but people do have an association like, aha, stress, cortisol, bad.

Yeah, these graphs are just like super visual, like the Apple Watch is just scrolling through each of these charts and they're super colorful.

There's a huge number on each slide and there's like an image in the background.

And then it seemed like the voiceover is also like saying maybe like the symptoms like, oh, if you've never tracked this, maybe you have like...

Bad sleep, sugar cravings, do you have these symptoms? Rising stress, low recovery.

And then it's showing the, there's like a couple layers, like the background, the audio is talking about these symptoms and then connecting it to, Oh, well, here's here's the actual problem.

And then the visual of the ad is actually showing the the solution, which is you should or at least the beginning of the solution, which you should be looking at these metrics like stress recovery.

I don't know like a ton about health analytics and stuff, but could you explain what is heart rate variability and why doesn't like the default Apple health app show this?

So is that what most of your features are doing to value as it's like that more about the interpretation of the data? Or is it also like you offer certain charts and maybe like derivative data that the default apps don't show?
