like what they're going to lose out on not in the long term not over the course of several years but like today what's going to happen if they don't subscribe today so a lot of times with most onboarding the human problem you already you already pitched it in the ad we don't start our onboarding with the human problem we kind of know why users are coming to us But I think it's super important to spend a lot of time not just kind of like abstractly describing the human problem, but get very specific.
