Were you showing up, you're like, okay, it's time to be good at cross-country, or were you completely just dreading it, like, hate this, can we just get back to track, please?

And I feel like a lot of 800 runners, including myself, always is like, oh, I hate cross country.

I love, I love track, but for cross country, it was just like, I was just doing it for my team.

Until like, yeah, until like honestly like senior year, I feel like I wasn't too bought into it.

And I mean, the training is very difficult, but I've learned, I've loved to, Enjoy the process more.
Yeah, I think that's so important.
Like the day to day grind, learning to enjoy that.
