Talking today on today's episode about something that I just have felt myself feel really, really excited about, especially in the last couple weeks, because in our community, we this year have been every couple months switching our topics.
And we just went into our new topic for August and September, which is going to be regulation.
And tracking back over this year, I mentioned kind of at the beginning of this year in my episodes how I was introducing a powerful new framework that I developed for my stay or go community this year.
And it functions off of this idea of this core that we are focusing on, slowing down, really helping our foundation be strong.
So in April and May, we started out with the first part of that framework, which was our C, and that was the holy quiet kind of work of connection and anchoring in to who we are.
And orientation for me really represented tools teaching them how to pull out the map, clear the fog of their lives, start looking at the real data of what's happening so that they can see more clearly.
