In the aftermath of divorce, there is a lot of newness to navigate. What does life look like as a single parent? How do I parent through grief and rebuilding? And who even am I in this new season of…
Emily Rose MacDonaldHostLast week in my episode with Leah Marie Mazur, I talked about how I got really into tarot following my divorce, and I realized like I haven't really talked about that a whole lot here on the show, which is kind of funny because this show is all about identity and self-discovery in motherhood, and for me, tarot has actually been a really important tool for self-discovery and self-connection.
And I figured there is no better time than now to share with you how tarot has helped me connect to myself, particularly after my divorce, but really just in motherhood in general.
When there is so much else vying for my attention at any given moment, as you all can relate to, tarot has become something that I can really anchor into, put intention behind, and connect with myself in a peaceful, intentional way.
This episode is for you whether you are going through a divorce or major life transition yourself or not.
And maybe this is something you've never really thought about, and that is also okay.
You might learn something here that you want to incorporate into your own life.
Before we jump in fully, I do want to just ask that if you are enjoying these episodes, that you head to Apple Podcasts and leave a five-star rating and review.
It means so, so, so, so much to me, but it also helps other moms who find the show know if it's something that could be a good fit for them to add to their weekly routine.
