All right? When I first started in sales, this was back in 2012, I started in pest control, and back then it was just guys were slamming energy drinks, slamming Red Bulls.

[chuckles] But, uh, we were living off frozen pizzas at night, those little Totino's pizzas.

We were slamming those along with frozen burritos and cereal and, um, getting little sleep, waking up, slamming an energy drink, maybe popping an Adderall, and that was it.

And so I look at it now, if I were to live that same lifestyle, there's no way that I could, um, perform, right? [chuckles] I just wouldn't be able to do it.

And so something that I've been prioritizing lately and tracking, I got my little Oura Ring here, and actually lets you see the sleep data, right? So people use different things.

But I think it's really useful to track your sleep and really see how it's correlating with your day-to-day activities, with your knocking, with your prospecting, whatever you're doing.

So a few hacks that have helped me is start to track your sleep, 'cause you'll notice that when you start tracking it, it becomes more of a priority for you.

And then the other thing, this is something that I did recently, I got, uh, blackout curtains for our room.

You know, I was seeing my sleep data, and I was seeing that I would wake up multiple times at night.

Getting these blackout curtains, making the room pitch black, it's been a game changer for me.
