"She THREW Her WINE Over Me" - Josh Taylor | S01 E44 | The Sin Bin Pod

This week comedian Josh Taylor joins The SinBin Pod with a dating disaster so catastrophically awkward it still haunts him more than a decade later. After being set up on a blind date with a beautiful doctor by a trusted friend, Josh arrives determined to make a good impression. The problem? The conversation isn’t exactly flowing. Desperate to rescue the evening, he sneaks off to the toilet in search of first-date conversation prompts and decides to send a quick message to his mate for advice.Unfortunately, in a moment of panic that every single person will fear, Josh sends the message to the one person he absolutely shouldn’t have: his date. What follows is a painfully awkward confrontation, a date that crashes and burns in spectacular fashion, and a story that has left Josh avoiding certain social gatherings for years afterwards. It’s one of those rare moments where everyone listening knows exactly how it feels — and desperately wishes it had happened to someone else. Expect: ✔ A blind date setup that seemed too good to be true ✔ Secretly Googling first-date conversation prompts in the toilet ✔ One of the worst accidental text messages imaginable ✔ A dating mistake that still causes second-hand embarrassment years later✔ The moment Josh realises he’s become someone’s worst-ever date story ✔ Cox in the Corner: Marc questions whether Josh’s dating struggles might have deeper causes ✔ Sinner or Winner: The student who accidentally became a university headteacher and the man who misunderstood one very important bedroom instruction If you enjoy awkward dating stories, dating fails, embarrassing text message mistakes, blind date disasters, stand-up comedy stories and cringe-worthy real-life confessions, this episode is for you. 👇 SEND YOUR CONFESSIONS https://www.thesinbinpod.com 👇 FOLLOW THE POD https://www.instagram.com/thesinbinpod/ https://www.tiktok.com/@thesinbinpod 👇 FOLLOW THEM: Daniel Cohen – https://www.instagram.com/dcdoescomedy Sophie Sconcia - https://www.instagram.com/sophiesconciacomedy/ Josh Taylor- https://www.instagram.com/joshing\_taylor/ Max Silver - https://www.instagram.com/theemaxsilver/ Duncan Hart - https://www.instagram.com/duncanhartcomedy/ #DatingFails #BlindDate #AwkwardMoments #EmbarrassingStories #ComedyPodcast #TheSinBinPod #JoshTaylor #DatingDisaster #FunnyPodcast #CringeStory
