And I went to a two-day, I'll call it a conference, but it really wasn't a conference.
And I went to his two-day event, and it was kind of a training event of restructuring your mind in a way, not necessarily completely doing that, but really kind of went back.
We did some really opening up about our businesses, about our lives, and things like that.
And not in your normal day-to-day to where, you know, when you stay in your comfort zone, you don't really grow and expand.
Lots of different people in the real estate industry, some real estate investors, some realtors, some people that weren't in real estate investing at all.
And they were just in other types of businesses, fix and flips, contractors, stuff like that.
You know, there was a wholesaler and some fix and flippers, like I said, but everybody a lot of them, their biggest thing that was holding them back was taking that leap, taking that jump.
That's what's holding them back is, if I do this, what if? What if? What if? Right? So...
My mindset was very different than everybody else's because my wife and I have never been scared to take the leap, right? We're ready to go bankrupt next week if we find an opportunity that we're going to jump into and go all in.
