The Weaver's Lesson.

But before we even go into that, I want to share a story.

So on that meetup or when Brian visited Derry here last week, I had to take him to Donegal.

And I'm not too sure if you follow me on social media, you might have seen the post on LinkedIn or Instagram, etc.

But I had to take him to Donegal anyway.

And I had to take him to a wee place called Ardara, if you're familiar with Ardara.

Let me know.

It's just a wee small town in the hills of Donegal.

But we went there for a specific reason.

And the specific reason was we had to go and meet a guy called Eddie Daugherty.

And Eddie Daugherty is an 87-year-old weaver.

And he is...

Apparently very famous and well-known, well-respected in that industry.

And we also met up with a guy who is doing the work as a tailor and a guy I don't know called Dee Graham.

And Dee Graham was down as well too.

And we had a conversation.

We stayed there for a couple of hours.

And for me, I was taking Brian down just as part of the journey.

And I didn't think that I would get as much from that meetup as I did.

And here's the thing that I got from it, and here's the thing that I loved about it, and what I love to teach and coach and speak about constantly.

We got chatting to, I got chatting to Eddie's son, first and foremost, who was in the shop working.

And then Eddie came in, and he was saying, his son was saying that he's just recovering from a hip operation.

And as soon as he got the green light from the doctor, he was straight back into work again.

And when we got chatting, I asked Eddie a few questions because I wanted to take a wee bit more of a deep dive and get more of an insight into what really drives him.

He's been doing what he's doing now for 70 years.

And here's what came across.
