Go back a wee bit first, what were some of the things that you picked up being in and around your father in terms of business and even the mentality around business and what were some of the things you learned at that

time? My father wasn't really a businessman per se, he was more of a worker, you know what I mean? He had two brothers or more in the business side of things but it just taught me just the last day getting out of bed in the morning early I've always been out of bed it was half four or five in the morning on the way to work it might have been the muck run, it might have been When I worked in McLaughlin's Foos 2, I spent a couple of years out on the roads delivering pies and burgers around all the supermarkets in Northern Ireland.

So I would have left the factory at like 5 in the morning, half 4 in the morning, sitting in some supermarket in Newry at half 6 in the morning.

nothing to get in the back door at 7 they deliver stuff you know so it's just a work ethic with that pandemic just really get out of your bed and go to your work you know

just not really so much business and figures and all that kind of stuff but just basically

worker mentality yeah you gotta go to your work I've stuck with me since since then you know

which is probably more powerful than anything because it's the thing that really gets you going and keeps it going a lot of the times all the other things you can figure out but you don't have the mentality or the work ethic and forget about it

Yeah, the amount of people I see that don't go to their bed at 9 or 10 in the morning, I'll be going, how can you lie on your bed at 9 in the morning? Once I wake up at 8, at half 4 or 5, I'm up.
