And not just in the intimacy category, but in just feeling better, being more stable and everything.
And and what I just said, what I want to say maybe to my friend out there who is struggling and you don't feel yourself physically, you don't feel yourself mentally or emotionally.
And when you're in a place like that, thinking about intimacy can be like you're kidding me.
And I'm just even going to rewind when you are in a season of motherhood where maybe you're breastfeeding a baby or you have a new baby and you had a hard labor and you've got littles.
