Have you ever returned from a sacred journey and realized that no words could truly explain what happened? In this solo episode of **The Sacred Travel Podcast**, Julia shares fresh reflections from…

And as I have just returned with a sister group of seven, seven sisters from Sambam and the Magdalene Pilgrimage, The thing that I've been realizing this time, but every time I return back, we return back from a sacred travel, is the frequency shifts that we are experiencing when we get home.

And so, yeah, this is definitely going to be one of the more vulnerable episodes.

So imagine that when we are on sacred travel, on a pilgrimage, we are kind of live in that sacred place.

In that energy bubble, I'm not saying it's a staged environment, but it's very often not the same frequency, very often not the same environment that we encounter when we go back home.

Also because there's obligations, there's responsibilities, there's tasks that we step away from when we go on a pilgrimage and we really... every minute, every second, engage in this communication and this reciprocity with the divine.

And the real deal, I want to say, almost starts when you both go back home, because it's about how to bring these codes, how to integrate these frequencies into your body and into your field so they become embodied, meaning that you don't have to fight, you don't have to resist.

It's not hard to like stay in that frequency, but it simply becomes who you are.

And like, let's be honest, returning back for most of us, whether you are a facilitator or whether you are a participant, is not always easy because we don't find that same environment when we are back home.

So when people ask me or when people ask my participants, they come back home like, so how was the trip? In that case, like, how was France? Or maybe...

sometime in the past, like, how was Egypt? And you stand there with an open jaw because you have no idea what to tell them.

And there are no words because frequency shifts, like cellular energetic shifts and remembrance of fractals of your soul essence, cannot be put in boxes or ticked in some, this is the sites that we saw, the weather was beautiful, we had good food.

And while all of that is true, good company, beautiful circles, beautiful exchanges with women, while all of that is true or might be true, there are these deeper layers of truth that your mind hasn't even gotten to the point of understanding yet or comprehending of what actually happened.

And oftentimes, yeah, when this question comes up, like, how was it? In the beginning, it feels really weird to say, I don't know, because then people go like, oh, she didn't have a good experience, which is not at all what it is, but it is simply allowing time.

So in France, we spent five days visiting sacred nature places, mostly like caves on Magdalen's Mountain, Sambam, which to me is a stargate.

And there are different caves, nature temples that you visit, and also cathedrals.

And so the answer of like, I don't know how my trip was, I simply don't know, is a really beautiful way to allow yourself And give yourself permission to not always have to have the answer.
