So in the Rewriters community, one of the core components is our monthly accountability sessions and with weekly accountability sessions or check-ins each week in between.

And these monthly accountability sessions is where we have our primary group contact and keep our goals fresh and alive.

I have an accountability tracker resource that members fill in each month and we meet as a group and then break out into groups of two or three to chat through how the month has been, what has felt easy versus what has felt hard, how we are going against our goals, what our energy levels are like, how much sleep we've been getting, what We look at values alignment and conflicts for that month.

And here on the podcast, I will be doing something similar for you, albeit adapted for this format.

So we will have a monthly accountability segment where we'll review where we're at and where we are headed in the month.

So during the season we'll be doing goal planning, there will be deep dives on key themes, and those themes will be things that emerge in my own work and life, online in the zeitgeist, and where appropriate to share inside my actual community.

So I'm extremely protective of the privacy of my members, so I'll choose themes and topics that arise within the actual membership itself, with extreme care and always with an eye to what will be most relevant, useful and meaningful for you.

One of the other core components of membership is one-to-one coaching interventions with me, usually quarterly.

And to replicate that in an adapted way for the podcast, I invite you listening right now to share any career challenges that you're having or life more broadly as it pertains to balance and fulfillment and impact at work.

I will be taking your listener challenges and replicating my one-to-one coaching interventions by doing a rewrite clinic segment where I will unpack the challenge provide some coaching questions for further explorations and so you can interrogate it and I'll provide my perspective on a way forward plus I'll share any resources that come to mind that may support and provide further insight.

So if you have a challenge that you'd like me to cover in a Rewrite Clinic segment in the future, email me at hello at rewrite rewrite.com and pop pod rewrite clinic in the subject line or something to that effect.

Please do note that your submissions may be shared in part or full on the podcast, but I am absolutely happy to anonymize them.

If you have a topic or career obstacle that you'd like me to do a broader deep dive on, so not a specific personal challenge or scenario, but rather a broader topic or career obstacle like confidence at work, for example, send that in to hello at rewrite rewrite dot com and just put pod deep dive in the subject line.

But just to underline, if you have a very specific challenge that you're working through and you would like me to provide a sort of semi coaching hotspot moment on that, send that in.

And if you've got a broader challenge that you're curious about or want to learn more about for me to do a general deep dive on, send that in too.

Okay, so in the membership, we also have seasonal workshops or special events each quarter.

So since the membership began late 2025, we've had a goal planning session for our year ahead, which is coming up again in December for 2027.

I've run LifePi workshops, which is my tool for designing a balanced-ish work life.

as much as that is possible we've had a breath work event a meditation event and we've got a virtual sound bath session coming up later in September so I will be bringing listeners some of that seasonal event energy to support you as you move through your year as well I also hope to bring in some special guests to explore specific topics, challenges, and also hear other people's rewrite stories, which is where this actual podcast originally began way back in 2020.

And it was all about listening to stories of people who had rewritten their story.
