Marcus ChanHostprospecting block on my calendar every day.
And most days I show up and I'm like, what
Exactly.
As I look back on it, I'm like, okay, great.
So if I run the math, I do 31 activities.

So what it does every Friday is it basically goes through, it looks after our target market, right? Looks for this trigger event and it pulls a list of the most likely to probably engage based on the recency of the trigger event.

It could be daily if you want to, but the daily trigger or weekly trigger might tell you something different.

It might have some other more recent thing that happened that might be a better reason to reach out.

And basically, you just have a setup where it's, hey, look for these type of triggers every single day and have it do before you log in.

So it puts in there, okay, here's a company, here's a person, here's some key details that I want to re-verify.

I want to understand the why, because sometimes it has errors still, right? So I may take that lesson and prune it down more.

My whole goal of this is, will this tell me to re-prioritize anything? Will this tell me to focus my energy anywhere else? So this goes on Google Sheets for the verification.
