So first and foremost, let's adjust the gross lifetime profit number here because we had 18,600, but you told me every client brings one to two additional clients with them.

Aggressive on my conservativeness and say, um, that out of the 18,600 in gross profit, we're gonna multiply by 1.3, assuming that essentially 30% of your clients bring one more client with them.

I know that's not exactly what you said, but especially our colder traffic, yeah, we just wanna be...

I want the numbers to work in the worst case scenario so that if it's the best case scenario, then, uh, we are just rolling in the dough and we're laughing about it together.

That's 18600 times 1.3. And let's talk about the referral program and then, uh, and partner, uh, uh, and then we'll go into the agency.

You know, what you've done so far is pretty much the maximum ex- uh, extent of energy I would put into it.

Uh, you know, focusing on the referral program is a lot like focusing on the products, um, where this, it's good for a little bit, but then there is a point of diminishing returns where you need to focus on marketing and sales.

Because referrals does, it doesn't get much more bottom of funnel than referrals, and your constraint is top of funnel, right? So focusing on anything outside of that is, um, is I think a waste of time.

My strong recommendation would be, uh, in the short term, instead of doing, hey, just for these, uh, like kind of referral program, um, just for these fitness coaches or whatever, I would just make it so that it's like in the onboarding process, I'm sure you have some system in place, you have, after the first win or something goes on, every single client gets pitched the referral program.

Um, whether they're a fitness coach or whatever else it is, because even if they don't bring three, four, five referrals with them, but they just bring one more, obviously it's gonna be massive, especially with your, uh, gross lifetime profit.

So I would build it into either the onboarding system, but better yet, what we do is we build it into, um, the actual management of clients.

When we get, they get the first, we call it a ring the bell, but a win, it triggers the account manager to reach out to them and ask them for the referral, and the account manager gets 10% on all deals closed from the referrals.

So that way they're incentivized to do it, and it's like a way that they can essentially build a book of business.
Yeah.
Makes sense.
Uh, we've done that in the past as well, offering our clients, if they know someone, uh, a lower commission than the n- network referral partner program, so we just slash some parts of their next retainer.
But we haven't done that in a while, so we should definitely implement that into the SOPs of the onboarding.
Or, as said, after going live, the, the usual first wow moment is when the calls just get booked in the calendar without anyone talking to them, and then people are like, "Yo, this shit actually works." And I'm like-
