When you say infrastructure, wellbeing as infrastructure, what does that mean? Tell, tell us, like for the audience, what does that mean?

I do want to know what their utilization is and how often and how quickly are they able to access it.

And every organization in twenty twenty-six started this year thinking about how could they have top performance.

The humans working in your organization are the drivers of that performance, and if they're not well, then they're not actually achieving the best they could be for themselves or for the organization.

So when we think about infrastructure, your corporate wellness is not just a perk.

It's something that you want your employees regularly tapping into and thinking of as not only their own personal health, but also productivity.

And from the organizational side, thinking that [chuckles] if our humans aren't well, if our colleagues aren't well, then, uh, not only are we creating the culture-- we're not creating the culture that we, uh, strive to create, we're also affecting our bottom line.

We're not creating the healthiest bot-bottom line for our organization, our shareholders, um, and creating the impact we, we plan to for society.

If it takes a busy person any longer than two minutes to find their corporate wellness offerings, it takes too long.

They already have to pivot to the next meeting, go to the next thing, leave to go pick up their kid.

The second thing is, uh, you know, I kind of think about it like a fashion brand.

Like do you know who you're creating the function for? Do you understand your workforce? And are you offering what supports them best? Let me give a simple example, is if you do a survey of your, uh, employees, and a lot of them are caregivers, then my first question is: What are your caregiving benefits? Um, how are you thinking about caregiving leave? What does that look like? And then, of course, do people know about it? And then the last part really is the communication piece.
