Most of my clients tell me the same thing... they know they need help, but handing over the first task feels scary. This week, my online business manager (OBM) Rebecca Quirie joins me to pull back…

Before we get into the OBM, sometimes that's something that comes up for people is they're looking for someone.

And they're like, "How do I actually find this person to help me?" Whether they're looking, like some of my clients are like, "Okay, I'm starting with ads and I'm overwhelmed with like freaking ad platform.

C- uh, who can I get to help me with this?" Or maybe you want someone to help you with your tech, or maybe you want someone to help with your funnels.

Or maybe you're just like, "I am running my group program and I'm spending too much time on menial things.

I should hire someone." But then it's like, how do I find them? So I would l- I'll share mine in a little bit, but how have you found the clients, 'cause you've worked with me, of course, but you've worked with lots of other clients too at this point.
Which I think is good in a way that it's someone who's vetted by someone you already know.
I think that's really important is, you know, you can go find someone on Fiverr, you could go find someone on, I don't know, post a job ad and, and see who comes in.
But you gotta take the work to kind of interview them and see if they're the right fit.
And maybe you get that weird sinking feeling when you talk to them on the phone and you're like, "They're a nice person, but it just doesn't feel like the right intuitive fit.
... how do I tell them yes, but? So for me, it's mostly been through word of mouth through, you know, people in Lauren's network who she's talked about me, and then they've said, "Oh, I could actually use help with that." And because it's someone that Lauren said, "They do X, X things for me.
Taking half an hour to meet with potential new clients and say, "Here's what I do.
