Week 32 and I’m finally feeling better after being sick, but pregnancy has decided to keep things interesting. The vomiting and food aversions are back, smells are suddenly VERY offensive again, and…

So I have now entered, um, and definitely in third trimester here, 32 weeks, this has been, uh, there's been a lot of like throwing up and food aversions kind of back.

You know, in first trimester, it feels a little bit at least in my body that I know as long as I eat and I keep snacking and I don't get overly hungry, I won't throw up.

And, um, I definitely have that again, where if I go too long without eating and I feel very hungry, um, I will, I'll throw up and I'll throw up bile.

I know that's really disgusting, but I'm like, we're just here to really share all the really raw details of pregnancy.

But unfortunately, sometimes in the middle of the night, it's happening, even though I've been having a bedtime snack.

I've been having a bowl of cereal, bowl of Raisin Bran with milk every night before bed.

And I will say I haven't thrown up in the middle of the night since I started doing that.

But because I was so sick the last few weeks, my appetite was completely gone and it was really hard to eat.

And during that time, I was having a lot of these episodes where I was getting, I think, low blood sugar.

I did notice on my GDM test, my gestational diabetes test that I did have reactive hypoglycemia.

This happened also with my first pregnancy where I had reactive hypoglycemia after taking my glucose test.

And I mean, Sam, you don't have to cut this out, but my editor, Sam, if you can cut out those coughs, that would be awesome.
