I'm actually recording this on week 25, day zero, but we're gonna talk about last week, about week 24.

If you can't hear it in my voice, I have been sick, but not related to pregnancy, just, you know, it's winter here.

It is a very cold and icy February, and I have a toddler who is constantly bringing illness into the home.

Uh, but yeah, week 24, I have had some, um, [lips smack] ups and downs this week, and definitely related to pregnancy, but not necessarily anything, like, super symptom-wise.

Um, and I think I was talking about this last week, but just really need to be very intentional about eating frequently.

Um, if I, you know, go to run to get my kid from daycare and I haven't eaten lunch in a bit, and, you know, it ends up being like a three-hour lag between eating, I might notice some nausea coming back and I have to really make sure I, I get some food in my belly to kind of alleviate that nausea.

Um, but as long as I am being very intentional about snacking, carrying snacks in my purse, then I can stay ahead of it.

I love Larabars or the knockoff, like, fruit and nut bars that you can buy at Wegmans.

Um, trail mix, those, like, Trader Joe's, they sell the, like, individual little baggies of trail mix.

Um, and even with much reduced activity, right? I really have not run, um, or really done, like, any kind of, like, physical activity in a month practically, while I've been waiting to figure out what's going on with my sacrum, if I have a stress fracture.
