Aug 29, 2026 · 1 hr 5 min · 14 segments
Two home waterbirths, two perfectly healthy babies who had both arrived after a very tech free, physiological pregnancy and birth. Tennille had no tests, no scans, no monitoring, just a few blood…
So do you want to take us back to Neil? Do you want to take us all the way back to what possibly about five years ago when you first got pregnant?
So can you share with us, in case somebody goes, oh, I kind of heard of Ayurveda, and that's kind of me.
I think I know what it is, but I'm not really 100% sure.
Can you share more about what that is?
these tools and guidelines on how to live your life for like the ultimate health.
And it incorporates like the emotional aspect, the mental, the physical, all of it.
which yeah is just so incredible and i found it after having gut health issues and it was like the one thing that just really clicked because it was that connection it wasn't wasn't just like oh what you eat it's like how you eat or how you're feeling when you eat and all the emotions that you need to process that is going to help you digest your food so
And that's something the Western world takes no notice of.
Absolutely.
I think it is so interesting.
What emotional state are you in when you are eating? How are you feeling about the food? I mean, we even know, like from my perspective, including some of Bruce Lipton's work within my book and within my courses, I don't know if you've heard of him.
I've heard of him.
I haven't read anything.
Yeah, so he's a cellular biologist.
So we're going science here.
So you're on a different – shall we say it's a different pathway to Ayurvedic medicine, but it comes up with the same results.
So he can prove – on a cellular level, you know, watching the cells in the environment, how the emotions and the thoughts and the feelings are impacting on the body.
So we know that it does have an impact.
And yet most of us have absolutely no idea.
And I often mention this when I'm doing so when I'm doing hypnotherapy with people who want to lose weight.
It's like, what are you thinking and what are you feeling when you eat the food? Because there is science to prove and a psychologist has proved that what we think about what we eat
is
having an impact on the way the body is processing our food.
