I, I'm reflecting as you're talking about this journey, especially in those early months where alignment is so important across the business, then you start rolling in, okay, what are our measurements going to be? What are the goals going to be? And identifying that with your stakeholders is so important.

You will be sitting down at Pluralsight Shift actually this week to talk about tying ROI to upskilling, so I wanna start there for a moment.

When you say ROI in the context of learning and transformation, in your case, what are you actually measuring?
So [chuckles] when you look at what you're measuring, you're measuring one, hmm, are the business resources engaging? Are they leveraging the roadmap and the learning journey and the learning and improvement capabilities that you're putting in front of them? Are they engaging? Are they taking that training and things of that nature? But also user adoption.
We are understanding, like, are our end users adopting new capabilities in the digital mindset quicker? How are they accelerating the new capability and learning the new capability?
Before it would take months, weeks, you know, almost a year, where now if we're focused on our digital upskilling, that transition from learning to mastery is much shorter and much quicker.
So if we are educating and upskilling and growing the digital competencies within the organization, those KPIs should ratchet up faster.
So we're kind of pulling that all together, but holistically, those three categories are what we look at the most.

Molly, going into these interviews, I try to do as much research as I can, so I spoke with your account team.

Uh, and one of the biggest shifts credited to your team is moving the organization from a solution-first thinking to a value-first thinking.
So yes, it does because you are now-- A lot of times when people think digital, they think headcount.
