Text us a comment or question! What if the problem isn’t that you need more cardio - but that you’ve been expecting cardio to do a job it was never…
For years, I believed the answer was more cardio, not a little more, a lot more.
And if you had asked me back then how to lose weight, I probably would've told you exactly what most people believe.
Now, don't get me wrong, cardio is incredibly important, but not for the reasons most people think.
This is a critical distinction because somewhere along the way, many of us were taught that cardio is primarily a calorie-burning tool.
Its job is to erase what we ate, to compensate for bad choices, to earn dessert, to punish indulgence, to create a calorie deficit.
People end up spending years trying to burn off their food, trying to outrun their own fork, years trying to create enough exercise to overcome habits that cardio was never designed to fix.
The result, exhaustion, frustration, disappointment, and staggeringly unremarkable progress.
I believe cardio is one of the most powerful things you could do for your health.
