So for example, if you want to be a service provider and you're trying to learn a CRM system, which is a client relationship management system, and you're just watching tutorials all day, right? And then the foundational learning where you're actually doing it, where you're actually creating the workflows and practicing in real time, right? you want to think about that type of learning the actual implementing doing the learning not just watching tutorials right this is the next phase that i want you to focus on you don't need to be the best you do not need to be an expert so please don't let that imposter syndrome come in leave you feeling scared and nervous right you need to think about it like this you need to be good enough to help one person you can help one person and that person could be you right then you can help two then you can help five right and you'll get better and better as you're doing it right experience so the best way I can describe this is you cannot learn to drive a car from just watching tutorials you have to physically get in the car and drive you have to physically practice and every single time you're practicing you're building that muscle and your mental and your physical like what you're doing how you're moving how you're turning the wheel that's exactly how it is in business you have to throw yourself in there get inside of the driver's seat and do that's how you're going to learn you can't wait till you feel ready you just got to do it right now also want you to think about this sometimes for example somebody may say hey i want to help with social media right if learning something like design or canva isn't your thing this is not just for like design or like for social media management this is for anything but if it's just genuinely not your thing if it's too overwhelming it's not where you thrive it's not what you'd like to do please don't try to do it just because of money right for example a lot of people are into AI right now don't say hey I want to offer AI consulting just because it makes money if it's not your thing if you're not happy with it if you don't feel like it's a full body yes when you're delivering the service don't do it don't offer it because you are going to burn out okay so now I want you guys to get out your pen and paper.

Like I said, last time and the last episode, you're going to want to be in a place where you are able to receive this information and yeah, get ready because I'm going to be walking you through some things.

Now I want you to title this a real skills audit, real skills, S K I L L S audit.

Can you write? Can you design? Can you organize? Can you coach? Can you edit? Can you research? Can you manage? Can you teach? What are the things that you can do that you're good at? Now, soft skills.

How do you do them? Are you calm under pressure? Are you good at explaining things? Are you deeply empathetic? Are you very organized? I'll give you an example of some of my hard skills.

That is something I will outsource and that I have paid for, right? Now, I'm really good at being organized and coaching.

Editing the podcast, in the beginning of this podcast, when it first started, you can go back to the episodes.

Nothing was edited, right? Now, when it comes to teaching, I'm really good at that.

I'm okay with it, but it's definitely something I'd rather pass to somebody else to do.

Right? So where I thrive is organizing, coaching, teaching, and that is what I'm doing right now.

I'm also very deeply empathetic and I'm organized, right? These soft skills are how you're going to be connecting to people.

I want you to think about that now, transfer skills, transfer skills is think about what you've done in a job, what you do in your home, what you've done in your community.

All of that has value, right? These are skills that can be transferred into the business that you will create.
