Self-Led by Seth Kowald, um, is a great place to start to really be able to understand things.

If you wanna find me, the cool thing that I have coming up that you might be interested in is that I am launching, um, the Inner Executive Cohort, which starts in October, and so we're gonna meet every other Thursday for 12 sessions, and the cohort is in- intentionally limited to just 12 women leaders.

So the methodology is very highly experiential, so we're taking internal leadersh- leadership principles that we've been talking about today, and we're applying them to real-life decisions in your world, so we're looking at conflict and boundaries and communication and organizational dynamics and pressures participants are actually navigating in their workplace.

But it's not just giving you another thing to look at, another idea, right? It's using IFS as the map to actually work with your system in the moment.

It's really a great place to, to begin.
