And so, yes, of course, the idea is that we are going to throw stuff into a bin bag, take it to charity, let go of it, whatever that is.
Getting rid of stuff or letting go of stuff, whatever you want to call it, is a byproduct of the decluttering process.
And when people start to take a step back and go, why am I keeping this? And what is my emotional connection to this stuff? That's when people start to have success.
But we become so focused on the stuff that we forget about what sits before that.
And then, so if they were to say, what is my emotional attachment to this? Is that how you phrased it? Emotional attachment?
And there are hundreds of them when it comes to, and they're all different in different rooms of our homes, right? But there'll always be a reason that we're keeping something.
And in different rooms of our homes and different items, it shows up differently.
But we need to understand that because if we don't, we're never going to have that breakthrough that means that we're going to go, I know what that is.
You know, so we, you know, and obviously acquisition and decluttering always go hand in hand.
