So I find wine super interesting.

For me, I think wine doesn't need to be as pretentious and scary as sometimes it comes across.

For me, it's all about whether or not you enjoy it.

And we at Signature are absolutely passionate on our range.

I think the absolute breadth of our range is fantastic.

So we've got some great favourites in there.

And for us, we just want to be able to kind of kind of come to the entree with a slightly different perspective.

We want to basically have a great selection of wines, but be able to tailor it to every single audience.

Absolutely.

So

you've got completely different types of people that are drinking wine.

And I mean, I would have no idea.

I go to a restaurant, right? Ours are a bottle of wine, obviously, every time.

And they come over and they say, would you like to taste it? And I'm like, is there any point? I know I'm going to like it.

I pick it up.

I pretend to sniff it, I down it and then go, hmm, yes, please.

How are you actually supposed to do that in that sense when you're in a restaurant like me? So somebody who doesn't know that much about wine, what is the best way to not look as if you don't know what you're doing?

So I totally know how you feel.

It does feel a wee bit of a performance at times, I'll be forced to admit.

Every time, every time.

All they are getting you to do is to check whether there's a fault in the wine.

So you will actually know that before you even taste it.

All right, okay.

Basically, all you're meant to do, which, I mean, do what you like, down it, but...
