This episode covers what a healthy body image actually looks like - and no, I'm not going to tell you to shout positive affirmations at yourself in the mirror each morning. Body Image Quiz…
And one of the things that, one of the many things that came up on the day was around body image.
And I was on a panel talking about how to improve your overall body image, and also, like I say, what a healthy body image is.
Because this is something that I see so many people struggle with, but also get confused about.
Because Firstly it's not something that we are kind of taught about, it's not something we're educated about, it's not something we have a great understanding of often until we start working on this stuff.
And secondly when we do start to think about it what we think would help it are often the things that worsen it.
And that isn't because, you know, there's any kind of magic fix to improve your body image or anything like that.

It comes with fluctuations.
And there's lots of different things that we can do to work on different elements of body image.
